Center for Inclusive
Child Care’s Inclusion Consultation and Support Services provide
support to childcare and school-age care providers, enabling them to
successfully include and retain children with special needs and those with
challenging behaviors into their community childcare programs. Services
include consultation, resource research and referral support, observation
and staff development.
CDA Advising
Certified advisor for the Council for Professional Development to provide
assessment for both family child care and center based care professionals
seeking to obtain a Child Development Associate Credential.
NAFCC
Accrediation Observer
NAFCC is the only national accreditation system for
family child care providers. This system was developed with input from hundreds
of providers, parents, and early care and education experts to create a
definition of quality for family child care programs across the country.
MLFCCA Mentor Program
The program from the Minnesota Licensed Family Child Care Association that
tries to place new providers with seasoned mentors to the benefit of both.
Creative Curriculum™
onsite consulting is also available. Offering suggestions on improvement in
areas such as:

QUINCE
Quality Interventions for Early Care and Education is a project studying the assessment based, individualized on-site consultation
model - The Partnerships for Inclusion (PFI) consultation model. This
program is currently being coordinated with the mentoring piece of the
Essential Elements Program.
SEEDS Coaching
Working with early childhood educators as an extension of the SEEDS training
to help with children's assessments, review literacy skills, help with
activities, teacher observations, and conduct individual coaching sessions to
provide feedback, monitor goals, and provide support and resources for the
implementation of SEEDS.
CBTA - Assessment Leader
The Competency Based Assessment Program was created for family child care
providers to further their education on a self study basis with credit given to
years of experience.
Grant Writing Consultation
I have been on the regional grant committee for Child Care Choices (our area
Child Care Resource & Referral agency) for nearly ten years and can assist you
in writing for Technical Assistance Awards, Service Development grants, Start-up
grants, REETAIN grants, and
